Slovenians are too Damn nice

A short list of all the nice stuff that’s happened to me in just a few days:

Marko (Tomaz’s brother) picks me up at the airport and lets me stay in his beautiful home for 2 nights

Marko had climbed the rock to the right

Marko picks currents, peaches and raspberries from his garden and offers them for breakfast

We go on a warmup 20 mile ride and Tomaz’s bike flats. No worries we limp 6 blocks to his friend’s house, Matej, and he takes Matej’s bike.

Matej and family at the Forrest goat mountain cabin

We stop at Matej and Maja’s house when almost finished and we are offered cold beer, homemade pizza and fixed tire. I’m getting very suspicious.

Elephants delivered to Lara by her grandparents. She forgot them in town

And then Matej cooks us special Bonsian/Slovene sausage for dinner.

Very good

I have way more suspiciously nice things to discuss about Slovenia. I will get to the bottom of this.

Maja, is the most suspiciously nice
