This is Margie and she is SPOTD. (Strange person of the day). I may switch this to LPOTD (Local person of the day)
Road 530 East out of Twin Rivers Park in Arlington to the World Famous Buffalo Run in “the Gateway to the American Alps (a.k.a Marblemount, WA). The weather was perfect and the distance was a relatively short 56 miles.
We met Jojo at the Union 76 with ample breasts and balloon like heart shaped tattoos. During a mundane transaction, she mentioned she works weekends, is a single woman with a dilapidated barn and view of White Horse Mountain. Stop on by, next time your in town… she quipped.
Margee the self acclaimed local historian of Rockport Pub poured us a Farm Boy Pilsner from the tap and served up tasty cheese burgers. She offered us to try the virtual reality glasses for folks with no time to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
Tomorrow we have our first full day in the mountains. Off to the beer garden for replenishment.

I’m training and will be happy to ride with you on your old bike when you hit NC…. Oh wait, I don’t think you are headed this way!! Next time.
Good luck my friend and safe travels!
