Saw Bill Hay, his daughter Catherine and Grandson Andrew this week. Bill is 85 not 82 as previously reported and damn proud of it. Bill planted this nutty idea in my head. Also met up with old friends from Land O Lakes. I really miss all of them but don’t miss the admin talk about who is going to pay for a trainee. 15 billion dollar companies love the small stuff.
I have way more support than I deserve and now my brother Mike is riding the eastern leg with me. Going to tell my Mother what the hell I’m doing today. We will see how that goes. Flying out on Thursday.
